The season of cookies without major allergens is officially launched!

Whether you like plain shortbread or Christmas spiced gluten-free cookies, everyone is unanimous: it is one of the end-of-year traditions to which we are all attached.

The set includes:
- 1 shortbread cookie mix
- 1 packet of icing sugar for royal icing to flavour your choice
- Christmas sprinkles
- 2 cookie cutters

Our products are all certified vegan, gluten-free and free of the 10 priority allergens (peanut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, nut-free, wheat-free, soy-free, sesame-free, seafood-free, sulfite-free, mustard-free).

Ingredients

Cane sugar*, maple sugar,- Rice flour, Rice milk, Non-GMO canola oil, Certified renewable source palm oil*, Chocolate, Raspberry or maple syrup or lemon or other fruits, Potato starch, Tapioca starch, Xanthan gum, baking powder, salt, vanilla flavor*, vinegar, baking soda, Sprinkles: corn starch, potato starch, maltodextrin, coconut oil, spirulina extract, colorants E163-Anthocyanins, E160c-Paprika, E100-Turmeric, E171-Titanium dioxide, Aluminum Silicate, gum arabic, carnauba wax. *organic

Delivery

Delivery Everywhere in Quebec and Ontario (except remote areas not served by our carriers). Order preparation time 1-3 business days + delivery time 1-3 business days. In your absence, the package will be dropped off in front of your home. Given the perishable nature of the product, it is your responsibility to unpack the package within 4 hours from the time of delivery and to contact us within 24 hours for any comment or claim.

Conservation

Store at room temperature in a cool, dark and dry place.

Recipe

→ To be added: - 3 tablespoons maple syrup - 3 tablespoons vegetable margarine - 2 tablespoons vegetable milk of choice - Powdered spices mixed to your choice if desired (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom etc). Step 1 → Mix until dough is smooth. Step 2 → Preheat oven to 325°F. Step 3 → Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Step 4 → Cut with cookie cutter and place raw cookies on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone mat. Step 5 → Bake for 10 minutes. Step 6 → Cool on the cookie sheet
