Like more than 8% of the population, Olivia, the youngest child in the family, was born with food allergies.
Determined to give her daughter all the sweets in life, Thao spent a year creating recipes for cakes and other baked goods that were vegan and free of the ten priority allergens with the imperative that the ingredients be natural, free of artificial flavors and colors, as healthy as possible while still being indulgent and without compromising on taste or texture.
Bonbon Collections was created in 2016 by Thao with the goal of sharing the gourmet joys of the family.

Bonbon Collections products are available in grocery stores, independent food boutiques and health food stores throughout Quebec as well as on our online store. Whether it's a vegan cake, gluten-free cupcakes, dairy-free cake pops or peanut and nut-free snacks, there's something for everyone at Bonbon Collections.

Thao graduated in International Business as well as from the London School of Fashion in England. After developing products as a brand and marketing director for L'Oréal, Burberry, Tiger Beer, and Ricardo, Thao decided to embark on the grand adventure of Bonbon Collections at the end of 2016.
