For security reasons and to prevent fraud, orders paid by credit card from this website will be accepted by Bonbon Collections only if the name and billing address match the name and address linked to the buyer's credit card. If the information does not match, your order will be refused, even if the transaction was pre-authorized by your bank. In this case, the amount of the order will only be available again when the credit has been posted to your account, which may take three to five business days.
