Store at room temperature in a cool, dark and dry place.

Recipe

→ To be added: - 3 tablespoons maple syrup- 3 tablespoons vegetable margarine- 2 tablespoons vegetable milk of choice- Powdered spices mixed to your choice if desired (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom etc). Step 1 → Mix until smooth. Step 2 → Preheat oven to 325°F. Step 3 → Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Step 4 → Cut with cookie cutter and place raw cookies on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone mat. Step 5 → Bake for 10 minutes. Step 6 → Cool on the sheet.

Manque un peu de croquant et goût de sable

Merci pour votre avis sur le mélange à biscuit sablé.

À titre informatif, il est possible d'avoir plus de croquant en allongeant le temps de cuisson. Chaque four est calibré différemment et il est donc important d'adapter selon vos équipements à la maison. Pour un rendu croquant, cuire jusqu'à ce que le bord du biscuit soit bien doré.
En ce qui concerne le goût sablé, c'est en effet un biscuit sablé! Selon le gras utilisé le fini peut être variable (huile de coco, huile végétale liquide ou margarine). Le meilleur résultat est obtenu avec une margarine.
