Your health and our employees' is our priority. Hence additional preventive measures have been implemented. Our facility is therefore closed to public except to collect pre-booked orders.
Ordering policy
Full payment must be made at order placement. The order is not confirmed until payment has been received and informed by Bonbon Collections. All orders must be placed through the our website.
Deliveries may be suspended from June 1st to September 30th during the summer season due to warm weather that can damage some of our most fragile products. A refund will automatically be made.
Order cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to boutique@bonboncollections.com within 24 hours of ordering. Refunds will be made to the credit card and will appear on the card statement within 10-15 business days.
Beyond, the sale will be considered final and no refund will be made.
Order modification policy
Changes must be made in writing to boutique@bonboncollections.com within 24 hours of ordering.
Beyond, no modification will be accepted.
Delivery Policy for Customer Absence
We appreciate your trust in our delivery service for your orders. To ensure an optimal delivery experience, we would like to inform you of our policy in case of customer absence during delivery.
When placing an order and specifying a delivery date, please make necessary arrangements to ensure the receipt of your package. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, we strongly recommend having someone at your residence on the scheduled delivery day, or at least the following day, especially if the delivery is scheduled for a Thursday or Friday during the day.
We emphasize the importance of obtaining your signature upon receiving the package. This helps prevent the risk of theft or damage to the delivered products, ensuring the security of your order.
To facilitate delivery coordination, we encourage you to indicate in the comments section during your online purchase if you anticipate being absent on the scheduled delivery date. Additionally, please specify the most convenient time for you to receive your package. This will allow us to consider your availability and organize the delivery optimally, thus avoiding additional fees.
However, in the event that you are absent despite your predicted delivery reception date, additional charges of $15 will apply. These fees cover the costs associated with rescheduling the delivery and aim to ensure the continuity of our quality service.

Customer Error Policy for Delivery Information
At Bonbon Collections, we are committed to providing fast and efficient delivery service to our customers. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, it is essential that delivery information provided by customers is accurate and complete. Errors in this information can result in delays, additional administrative costs, and inconveniences for all parties involved.
Customer Responsibility:
1. When placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information, including the complete delivery address, postal code, special instructions, and any other relevant details.
2. If the customer realizes that an error has been made in the delivery information after placing an order, they must immediately inform us by contacting our customer service at 1-844-826-6266 or by sending an email to boutique@bonboncollections.com.
Fees for Delivery Errors:
If, due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, our delivery team encounters issues that require correction, we reserve the right to charge a fee of $15.95 to cover administrative and management costs associated with this correction. These fees may be applied in the following situations:
- Change of delivery address after order processing.
- Unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect information.
- Returns of packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Order acceptance policy
All Bonbon Collections products are fresh and perishable, fresh and perishable. They are delivered within the time frame set by Bonbon Collections to the delivery address given in the order.
Although the best care has been taken in the preparation and packing of your products for shipping, some products may be damaged during transport for which we cannot be held responsible. Bonbon Collections is not responsible for delivery delays by Purolator/Canada Post and does not offer any compensation for delays.
Please check the content of your order within 24 hours of receipt to check its condition and accuracy. If you have any claims, please contact us at boutique@bonboncollections.com within 24 hours.
The customer, or any other individual, must be present at the delivery address at the time of delivery. If there is no answer at the delivery address on the day of delivery, the package will be left at the door or returned to Bonbon Collections. Additional costs for re-delivery will be applied to the customer depending on the region in which they are located.
Bonbon Collections will not be held responsible for late delivery, inability to deliver, loss or theft if the client is absent at the time of delivery and no refund will be made.
Return policy
When the products have been collected or delivered to the address requested according to our delivery policy, no return can be accepted except for a major manufacturing defect or hidden defect in the product. Indeed, the allergen-free nature of our food products does not allow a return of products when they have been stored in a place that is not certified allergen-free or when they have left the Bonbon Collections Factory.
Bonbon Collections cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by Purolator/Canada Post and does not offer any compensation for delays.

Tips for storing and enjoying our products when picking them up during the week but consuming them over the weekend
Our vegan products are of impeccable freshness. To ensure this freshness, we use 100% natural ingredients without preservatives. What makes them unique is that we freeze all our products as soon as they are prepared, keeping them at the peak of flavor and quality.
To ensure everything is perfect on the day of your event, we simply recommend thawing the products on the same day, approximately 3 to 4 hours before indulging. You'll find that they will be just as delicious as if they had just come out of the oven !
Advice on storing and consuming of products purchased online on our site and collected or delivered at home
- Dry and baking mixes, chocolate and candies : store at room temperature in a cool, dry and dark place for up to 24 months after receipt or until the date indicated on the packaging.
- Buttercreams : all our products are 100% natural and free from preservatives. They are safely delivered at room temperature as they contain no animal products. Upon receipt, keep at room temperature and use within 24 hours or keep refrigerated for 10 days otherwise frozen for 6 months or according to the date indicated on the package. Do not keep at room temperature longer than 48 hours before refrigerating or freezing. Use at room temperature (20-22C), by placing it in the fridge and removing it 4 hours before use.
- Spreads : all our mixes are 100% natural and free from preservatives. Considering the fact that they do not contain any animal by-product, they are safely delivered at room temperature because they do not contain any animal products. Upon receipt, keep refrigerated for 10 days or frozen for 6 months or according to the date indicated on the package. Use at room temperature (20-22C), or directly from the refrigerator. Gently melt for use as a doughnut glaze.
- Cakepops : use upon receipt or keep refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 6 months or according to the date indicated on the package. Ideally, remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before eating at room temperature.
- Brownies & cookies : do not refrigerate, keep at room temperature (20-22C) in the container for up to 3 days after receipt. Store in the freezer for up to 6 months and thaw at room temperature on the counter 3 hours before consuming.
- Cakes : do not refrigerate. Keep at room temperature for consumption within 24 hours or freeze until desired date. Thaw on the counter at room temperature between 4-6 hours before eating, with the box open. Leftovers can be safely refrozen if optimal hygiene conditions were maintained.
