This cake is made of 3 layers of vanilla cake and 2 layers of luscious strawberry creaming. The whole thing is topped with smooth vanilla creaming.

Generously sized, it's suitable for single servings but also perfect for sharing for a more reasonable portion!

Cane sugar, Rice milk, Non-hydrogenated plant-based margarine, Rice flour, Strawberries, Potato starch, Canola oil, Tapioca starch, Vinegar, Cream of tartar, Baking soda, Natural vanilla extract, Salt, Xanthan gum.


Keep frozen. Thaw at room temperature about 2 hours before serving. Once thawed, must be kept and consumed at room temperature within 24 hours.
