Description

Are you interested in our biscuits? Get your hands dirty and make your own biscuits to please everyone. With this mix, you can even decorate your baked goods with the sprinkles decorating bag. 

Up to 24 biscuits, 1/4 inch thick!

Kit includes:

  • 325g bag of shortbread biscuit mix
  • bag of sprinkles 30gr.
  • bag of powdered sugar 100gr.
  • Royal icing recipe

Certified vegan, gluten free and made in Quebec.

Product free of the 10 priority allergens (peanuts, eggs, dairy products, nuts, wheat, soy, sesame, seafood, sulphites, mustard).

Ingredients

Rice, potato, tapioca, xanthan gum, baking powder, salt, powdered sugar, sprinkles: corn starch, potato starch, maltodextrin, coconut oil, spirulina extract, colorants E163-Anthocyanins, E160c-Paprika, E100-Turmeric, E171-Titanium dioxide, Aluminum Silicate, gum arabic, carnauba wax.

Delivery

Delivery Everywhere in Quebec and Ontario (except remote areas not served by our carriers). Order preparation time 1-3 business days + delivery time 1-3 business days. In your absence, the package will be dropped off in front of your home. Given the perishable nature of the product, it is your responsibility to unpack the package within 4 hours from the time of delivery and to contact us within 24 hours for any comment or claim.

Recipe

À ajouter:
‱ 3 cuillĂšres Ă  soupe de sirop d’érable,
‱ 3 cuillĂšres Ă  soupe de margarine vĂ©gĂ©tale,
‱ 2 cuillĂšres Ă  soupe de lait vĂ©gĂ©tal au choix
‱ Épices en poudre mĂ©langĂ©es au choix si dĂ©sirĂ© (cannelle, gingembre, cardamome etc)

1. MĂ©langer jusqu’à l’obtention d'une pĂąte homogĂšne.
2. Préchauffer le four à 325F.
3. Rouler la pĂąte Ă  1/4 de po d’épaisseur.
4. Couper Ă  l’emporte-piĂšce et dĂ©poser les biscuits crus sur une plaque Ă  biscuits recouverte de papier parchemin ou d'un tapis de silicone.
5. Cuire 10 minutes.
6. Laisser refroidir sur la plaque avant de déplacer les biscuits.

Recette pour le glaçage royal
‱ MĂ©langer le sac de sucre en poudre avec 2 cuillĂšres Ă  soupe de lait au choix, de purĂ©e ou jus de fruits.
‱ Ajouter 1/2 cuillùre à soupe de liquide pour un glaçage royal plus fluide.
‱ Utiliser une petite poche à douille pour verser le glaçage sur les biscuits.
