That's right, while maintaining a light and creamy consistency, our icing is reduced in sugar while remaining 100% natural by using ingredients that you would find in your pantry.

Creamed sugar is a local tradition. We love its sweetness and the fine crunch of the sugar crystals. It is a delight in the mouth!

Whether it's for icing cupcakes or decorating a cake, all our icing flavors are available in 400ml jars, ready to use. Just bring it to room temperature, whip it up to give it some volume if needed and voila!

Depending on how much you use, each jar can ice 12 cupcakes or a 6-person cake.

Certified vegan, gluten free and made in Quebec.

Free of the 10 priority allergens (peanuts, eggs, dairy, nuts, gluten and wheat, soy, sesame, seafood, sulphites, mustard).

Keep frozen. Thaw at room temperature about 10 hours before serving. Once thawed, must be kept refrigerated and consumed at room temperature within 24 hours.
