Delivery

Delivery Everywhere in Quebec and Ontario (except remote areas not served by our carriers). Order preparation time 1-3 business days + delivery time 1-3 business days. In your absence, the package will be dropped off in front of your home. Given the perishable nature of the product, it is your responsibility to unpack the package within 4 hours from the time of delivery and to contact us within 24 hours for any comment or claim.

Conservation

Keep at room temperature. Fragile and sensitive to temperature variations. Do not place in refrigerator or freezer, do not place near a heat source. Some whitening may occur on the surface of the chocolate due to temperature variation during transport which is beyond our control. This does not affect the quality or flavor of the chocolate.
