Rice flour, 55% chocolate chips, potato starch, tapioca starch, cane sugar, cocoa, xanthan gum, baking powder, baking soda, salt.

Mixing and Sprinkles: Store at room temperature in a cool, dark, dry place.


Glaze: Keep frozen. Thaw at room temperature about 10 hours before serving. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume at room temperature within 24 hours.
Recipe

→ To add:
- 125 ml plant milk
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Step 1 → Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2 → In a bowl, mix the contents of the bag with the liquid ingredients until smooth.

Step 3 → Pour into an 8x8in square pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 29 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean (or nearly so).

Step 4 → Leave to cool before decorating and enjoying!
