Delivery

Delivery is available throughout Quebec and Ontario (excluding remote regions and areas not served by our carriers). Order processing time is 1-3 business days, plus delivery time of 1-3 business days. In case of absence, the package will be left at your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of the product, it is your responsibility to unpack the package within 4 hours of delivery and contact us within 24 hours for any comments or claims.

Store at room temperature.
Fragile and sensitive to temperature changes.
Do not refrigerate or freeze, and keep away from heat sources.
Some whitening may appear on the surface of the chocolate due to temperature changes during transport, which is beyond our control. This does not affect the quality or taste of the chocolate.
