Aware that so-called allergen-free products are, all too often, prepared in unsafe environments with respect to cross-contamination such as residential kitchens, we built "The Factory of happiness", a priority allergen-free central kitchen occupying several thousand square feet on Montreal's South Shore.

Isolated from products that may contain priority allergens, The Factory to Happiness adheres to strict protocols surrounding quality assurance. Ses suppliers and partners must also submit their priority allergen declaration certificates on a regular and continuously verified basis.
