Like more than 8% of the population, Olivia, the youngest child in the family, was born with food allergies.
Determined to give her daughter all the sweets in life, Thao spent a year creating recipes for cakes and other baked goods that were vegan and free of the ten priority allergens with the imperative that the ingredients be natural, free of artificial flavors and colors, as healthy as possible while still being indulgent and without compromising on taste or texture. 
Bonbon Collections was created in 2016 by Thao with the goal of sharing the gourmet joys of the family.

For more than 5 years, a team of passionate people has joined our family with the mission of offering the best vegan baked goods without the ten priority allergens.
Bonbon Collections products are available in grocery stores, independent food boutiques and health food stores throughout Quebec as well as on our online store. Whether it's a vegan cake, gluten-free cupcakes, dairy-free cake pops or peanut and nut-free snacks, there's something for everyone at Bonbon Collections.

Thao Nguyen - Founder & President

Thao has a degree in International Business as well as from the London School of Fashion in England. After developing products as a brand and marketing manager for L'Oreal, Burberry, Toger Beer and Ricardo Cuisine, Thao decided to embark on the great adventure of Bonbon Collections at the end of 2016.
In charge of the company's overall strategy & product line development, Thao oversees Operations, R&D and market development for Bonbon Collections.
