BAKER - (CENTRAL FACTORY OF ST-BRUNO)
The central factory of Bonbon Collections in St Bruno de Montarville - St Bruno de Montarville Industrial Park (Marie Victorin Street) Production unit of several thousand square feet with the latest automated pastry equipment.

Job Description
- Prepare doughs, creams, fillings, cakes, entremets, chocolates and others according to the recipes and manufacturing methods established by Bonbon Collections
- Carry out baking operations, assembly and decoration of the pieces
- Ensure the rotation of raw material stocks
- Apply the quality, hygiene, sanitation, health and safety standards established by Bonbon Collections
Required qualities
- DEP in Pastry or equivalent;
- Experience in pastry making for a minimum of 1 to 2 years;
- Experience in vegan cooking (Asset);
- Ability to follow recipes and procedures;
- Ability to execute instructions from supervisor;
- Ability to work on your feet for a minimum of 6 hours (with a 30 minute break)
- Methodical, flexible, product quality, results oriented and team player
- Knowledge of the hygiene and sanitation regulations of the MAPAQ certificate (Asset).
- Ability to work with precision and speed, attention to detail, punctuality, rigor and sense of priority management.
Working conditions
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience, quality of work and attendance.
- The work schedule is 5 days a week from Monday to Friday (on a 35 hour minimum basis - average 40 hours).
- All statutory vacations are guaranteed
- Individual or family group insurance
- 2 weeks vacation per year - overtime paid 1.5x or recovered in vacation 1.5x
